Our delivery pricing is very simple indeed, as we do not want to have a system where you buy something for £5 and it costs £20 to send it, (as it does on some other web sites). Also, we do not have (and never will have), a minimum order policy, EVER !!
We want the delivery cost to be as small as possible, so we do not add undue expenses to post items, which in turn means that you are not asked to pay exorbitant prices to have your item/s delivered.
As a "mail-order only" company, we are mindful of this, so we have made the delivery charges simple and straight forward to understand so you know the total amount before you pay for anything.
We use the Royal Mail or Parcelforce wherever possible, and to this end, our delivery pricing is based directly on those costs, worked out by the weight of the item, or in some cases, by the value of the item. Therefore, each item has a weight which, when added to any other item you might want to purchase, is added together automatically, to give you a combined delivery total in your basket.
There are no hidden charges; The weight of the items are simply added together to get the total delivery price. We do not add anything to the basic Royal Mail / Parcelforce prices for packing materials etc.
International Orders; We are happy to accept International orders, but please ask for a quote for the item/s you are interested in (especially as some items that we sell are heavy), in which case we will prepare a delivery quote, and ask if you would like a Paypal invoice to be generated in order to process payment for the order. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase in order to have an invoice made for you, and you do not need a Paypal account for this to happen, as the invoice would be sent to the e-mail address that you give us, which in turn, you would click on when you receive it in your inbox, to be taken to the Paypal web site to process the payment.
